Stealth Shipping Update - FURTHER UPDATE

Hello Backers -

We posted a comment a few days ago about shipping, and will re-post it here as an update to the campaign.

Here is the situation:

All backers in North America have been delivered (USA, Canada and Mexico).  

Stealth has also begun shipping to our overseas backers, as follows:

1. We have shipped Stealth to all backers in Australia and NZ.  Here is the process. We shipped one large container to a central location in Australia.  Once the container arrives at our warehouse in Australia, individual units will ship to each backer from there. The container is currently on the water. 

 2. All orders in Europe and UK will be shipped in December. The container has not yet left the USA - it will do so in the next 2 weeks. It is currently in process.

3. All orders throughout the rest of the world - Asia, Middle East, Africa - will also ship in December.  The process for these backers is slightly behind the Europe backers, so these backers will need to wait a little longer.

Thanks again for your patience! We are working very hard to deliver ALL backers!

Dear Backers -

We are still working hard on finding solutions for our international backers who have not yet received Stealth.

The cost of shipping is much higher than anticipated, but we are not asking for more money - We are finding other reasonable solutions to get Stealth into your hands.

Unfortunately, we are a Bradenton, FL based company, and we have been hit with a bad hurricane over the past few days, and we are in the middle of a clean up.  But while the storm slows us down, it can never stop us.  

Stealth is moving forward and will deliver soon.

Shipping Updates!

Backers,

We are super excited to get the Stealth to you so you can start Gaming Your Core!!! Thanks so much for being patient - we appreciate it as we are a new startup pushing through the fulfillment process on our own. Just three entrepreneurs 24/7 getting the Stealth out to all our awesome backers!!

Here is a quick update on where things stand:

1. We started shipping early last week and have worked through a lot of the backlog.

2. We are shipping to USA customers only for now, but will begin shipping internationally starting next week.

3. For those who have received the Stealth, the response has been amazing!  So many great testimonials.  Keep them coming -- We love hearing from backers!

4. There has been some confusion about shipping labels.  We addressed the issue in the comments section, but we will repeat it here: 

Basically, when we create a UPS label, UPS sends out an email saying that your product is shipping, but it is not actually shipping when the label is printed. Rather, the label is handed to our factory, and they affix the label to the Stealth products literally as they leave the assembly line. Because of the success of Stealth, there is a big back order we are working through, so there is a delay from the time your label is printed and the time your Stealth is actually shipped. We apologize for this delay (and confusion), but hopefully this helps to clear things up.

We appreciate everyone being so patient, but the wait is definitely worth it because Stealth truly is awesome!  Again, we love hearing from you so please message us about Stealth after you receive it to let us know what you think!
